Return & Exchange Policy

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect their order at the time of delivery while the courier is present. If there is any issue with the item, it must be reported immediately before the courier leaves.

No Returns or Exchanges After Delivery

Once the courier leaves the delivery location, the order is considered accepted.
We do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds after the courier has left.

Item Condition

If an issue is reported during delivery, the item must be in its original condition:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • With original tags and packaging intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items without original tags

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Any item after the courier has left
